These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the software, websites, mobile applications, and other services (collectively, the "Services") provided by DRAGOLEA DANIEL-ȘTEFAN PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ, a Romanian sole proprietorship (Persoană Fizică Autorizată) registered at the Ilfov County Trade Registry under number F2025032209005, fiscal code RO52427919, with main activity CAEN 6210 — custom software development (referred to as "we", "us", or "dragolea"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
01 — The Services
What we offer
The Services include this website (https://dragolea.com) and the mobile application AI Wardrobe Stylist, which provides AI-assisted wardrobe management, outfit generation, virtual try-on, and related features. We may introduce additional products, features, or services under the same brand, in which case these Terms will also apply unless separate terms are provided.
02 — Accounts
Your account
You must create an account to use most features of AI Wardrobe Stylist. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information;
- Keeping your credentials confidential and secure;
- All activity that occurs under your account;
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, used fraudulently, or violate these Terms.
03 — Acceptable Use
How you may use the Services
You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you must not:
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that depicts a person without their consent;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or circumvent any rate limits or access controls;
- Use the Services to generate deepfakes, impersonate others, or produce imagery of minors in compromising contexts;
- Interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the Services or their underlying infrastructure;
- Use the Services to build a competing product.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules, and to cooperate with law enforcement where required.
04 — User Content
Content you upload
You retain all ownership rights to the photos, clothing items, body images, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services on your behalf. This includes sending Your Content to third-party AI providers (such as Google Gemini and OpenAI) strictly to deliver the features you request.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that your upload does not violate any third-party rights.
05 — AI Outputs
Generated imagery and text
The Services use artificial intelligence to generate outfit recommendations, virtual try-on imagery, packing lists, and related content ("AI Outputs"). AI Outputs may be inaccurate, imperfect, or occasionally unexpected. You understand that:
- AI Outputs are provided "as is" and should be treated as suggestions, not advice;
- You are responsible for reviewing AI Outputs before acting on them;
- AI Outputs may not be unique — similar prompts may produce similar results for other users;
- You may not use AI Outputs in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
If you see an AI Output that concerns you, please report it via the in-app report button or email support@dragolea.com.
06 — Credits, Subscriptions & Payments
Our hybrid model
AI Wardrobe Stylist uses a hybrid monetization model: certain features consume credits, while a premium subscription unlocks unlimited use of most features and discounted credits for virtual try-on.
- Credits are purchased as consumable in-app products through Google Play Billing (Android), Apple In-App Purchase (iOS, when available), or Stripe (web). Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated.
- Subscriptions are recurring purchases. They auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in your app store account settings.
- All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by the store you purchased from (Google Play, Apple, or Stripe) according to their respective policies.
- Prices are shown in the currency configured by your store and may include applicable taxes.
07 — Third-Party Services
Who we work with
The Services rely on third-party providers to operate. By using the Services, you agree that your data may be processed by these providers solely to deliver the Services. Key providers include:
- Google (Gemini, Google Cloud, Google Play Billing) — AI processing, authentication, payments;
- OpenAI — AI image generation for virtual try-on;
- Cloudflare (R2) — image storage and delivery;
- Railway — application hosting;
- Stripe — web-based payments;
- RevenueCat — subscription management;
- Resend — transactional email delivery.

08 — Intellectual Property
Ours and yours
The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, and branding, are owned by DRAGOLEA DANIEL-ȘTEFAN PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You receive no other rights to our intellectual property.
09 — Termination
Ending the relationship
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time via the in-app settings or via our web account deletion page . We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, abuse the Services, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
10 — Disclaimers
The fine print
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, nor that AI Outputs will be accurate or suitable for your particular circumstances. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
11 — Limitation of Liability
Caps on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DRAGOLEA DANIEL-ȘTEFAN PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty (50) euro, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including rights granted to consumers in the European Union.
12 — Governing Law & Disputes
How disputes are resolved
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .
13 — Changes to These Terms
Updates over time
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will update the "Effective" date at the top and, if the changes are material, we will notify you through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
