How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly from inside the AI Wardrobe Stylist app — open Profile → Settings → Delete Account. If you signed up with Google and lost access to the email, you can also use our web deletion page at api.dragolea.com/account/delete. Deletion is permanent and removes all of your wardrobe, outfits, body photos, and try-on history within 30 days.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for purchases made in-app are handled by the respective store. For Android purchases, request a refund via Google Play order history. For web purchases through Stripe, email support@dragolea.com and we will process the refund where it's within our control.

What happens to my photos?

Photos you upload (clothing items and optional body photos) are stored on Cloudflare R2 and linked to your account. They are sent to Google Gemini and OpenAI only when you explicitly use features that require AI processing (categorization, outfit generation, try-on). We do not use your photos to train AI models. You can delete photos at any time from within the app.

Why does try-on cost credits?

Virtual try-on uses OpenAI's GPT Image 1.5, which is the most expensive API call we make on your behalf. Credits cover the actual API cost with a small margin so we can keep the rest of the app affordable. Premium subscribers get try-on at a reduced credit cost and unlimited use of other AI features.

Can I report an AI-generated image I find problematic?

Yes — every AI-generated image in the app has a report button. Tap it, pick a reason, and we review all reports personally. You can also email support@dragolea.com directly if you'd prefer.

When is iOS coming?

iOS is planned after the Android launch has been validated. There's no confirmed date yet — we're focused on making sure Android users have a solid experience first. If you want to be notified when iOS ships, drop a note to hello@dragolea.com.

Is my data leaving the EU?

Some of it — our core infrastructure is in Europe, but several sub-processors (Google, OpenAI, Cloudflare, Stripe, RevenueCat) are based in the US. We rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and each provider's own compliance posture for these transfers. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.
